Doreen Gagnon REALTOR® is all about overcoming challenges and living the dream. Born and raised in Terryville, CT she is child #8 of 10. She moved to Morris, CT over 30 years ago and still resides there today. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 40 years. She is the mother of 3 grown boys and finds it absolutely awesome to be called Memere by her 5 (plus 1 on the way) grandchildren.

Doreen has worn many hats throughout the years. She proudly carried the mail in her hometown of Morris for 15 years before a hereditary health issue forced her into early retirement. Biking(cycling) is a passion of hers, before her heart transplant(#donatelife) in June of 2019, she and her husband Bert climbed the mountains of Maine on a 320 mile group trip called “Bike Maine”. They have also ridden the Seagull Century in Salisbury Maryland 3 different times, rode 234 miles on the Great Allegheny Pass Trail(GAP), and in 2021 The Katy Trail from start to finish, 238 miles. Perseverance, hard work and dedication are some of Doreen’s tremendous qualities. She owned her own sewing company for 10 years, and during the pandemic, sewed and donated over 1000 masks to local homeless shelters and those in need to help stop the spread of the virus. She continues her generosity by supporting several local charities throughout the years.

Positive attitudes bring positive outcomes is her motto, she always had a dream of becoming a REALTOR®, and now she is living that dream.
