Jan Marciano

Jan (Barber) Marciano, grew up in Winsted. She graduated from Gilbert High School in the class of 1973. Jan is currently a resident of Barkhamsted, and has lived there since 1996. In 1975, Jan graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island with a degree in Real Estate and Insurance. She worked for a local builder until the mid 1980’s. She married Gerry Marciano 35 years ago, raising her two children Maryah Marciano Walker and Marc Marciano. Jan became a Veterinarian Technicians Assistant in 1998, where she has worked for the Winsted Hospital for Animals. Jan returned to Real Estate part time, after getting her salesperson’s license in May of 2014. She worked with Northwest CT Realty for the last year and 8 months. She recently decided to join the team of Turning Point Realty LLC in the Litchfield County area. Jan is very excited to work diligently to help the needs of local buyers and sellers.
