Ashley Church is a lifelong resident of Litchfield County. Residing in Torrington for most of her life, Ashley and her husband decided to put down roots and purchased their first home in 2018. Shortly after graduating from Torrington High School, Ashley joined the restaurant industry. It is here that her passion for helping people was ignited. Born and raised in Bristol, Connecticut, Heather Bentancort has a long-developed interest and appreciation for the area. After graduating high school, Heather decided to try something new and move across the country for college. She completed her degree in Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California in 2014 and ultimately decided to head back to the east coast to begin her career.
Kimberly Sokol grew up in Torrington, Connecticut. She is a 1993 graduate of Oliver Wolcott Technical School in Torrington. Kim has always had a passion for real estate as well as interior design and remodeling. She bought her first home when she was just 22 years old. After completely remodeling that home she decided to sell and used the proceeds to buy her current home in Winchester where she resides with her youngest son.
Erin Dwyer grew up in East Hartland, CT and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Connecticut. A few years after college, Erin moved down to Wilmington, North Carolina briefly, before returning to her roots in CT and the northwest corner. Currently a resident of Winsted, Erin and her husband Brian purchased their first home together in 2014 and it was then that she realized her passion for real estate. This newfound interest eventually led Erin to pursue and attain her Real Estate License.
Sean Snodgrass is a lifelong resident of CT and the father to two, successful, young adult daughters. One of the things he likes to do for enjoyment is to ride his motorcycle; he has spent a lot of time doing that in Northwest CT. Sean has always appreciated the Northwest Corner with its scenic landscape and everything else it has to offer. He liked it so much that he decided to move here in 2017 and currently resides in Litchfield.
Jan (Barber) Marciano, grew up in Winsted. She graduated from Gilbert High School in the class of 1973. Jan is currently a resident of Barkhamsted, and has lived there since 1996. In 1975, Jan graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island with a degree in Real Estate and Insurance. She worked for a local builder until the mid 1980’s. She married Gerry Marciano 35 years ago, raising her two children Maryah Marciano Walker and Marc Marciano.
Nichole Morrell is a lifelong resident of Hartford County, Connecticut graduating from University of Hartford and Post University. Shortly after graduation Nichole returned to her home town of Bristol. There she purchased her first home and began to work and volunteer in the community. Maria Smith grew up in Winsted, CT attending grammar school through high school where she graduated from The Gilbert School. She then attended and graduated from Briarwood College in Southington.
