Maria Smith
Maria Smith grew up in Winsted, CT attending grammar school through high school where she graduated from The Gilbert School. She then attended and graduated from Briarwood College in Southington. While in college, Maria came home on weekends to work at the well-known ABC Pizza where she got to know many people. Her family has always lived and worked in the area or surrounding towns. Maria loves spending time with her family and has two beautiful grandchildren that fill her heart with so much love and joy!
Maria is also familiar with Simsbury, CT where she lived and worked for 11 years. While living in Simsbury, she volunteered as a CCD teacher for Saint Mary’s middle school and high school students. She also enjoyed playing on a team for Simsbury coed softball for 8 years.
Maria Smith is no stranger to hard work as she comes from raising two children on her own while working full time. Her compassion for people and animals is incredibly strong and very important.
