Nicole Walsh-Hogan

Nicole Walsh-Hogan is a native New Yorker and homeowner that has a special place in her heart for the state of Connecticut. Simsbury, CT was her home during her high school years and she will soon be a Torrington, CT resident.

As a result of her lifelong passion for building design, Nicole received her Master’s Degree in Architecture. She has over 20 years experience with everything from drafting to project management. Her architectural experience and personal interest in art have given her a keen eye for building aesthetics, interior design and an understanding of structural integrity.

Although Nicole loves her career, she wants to help people in a more direct way. When buying her CT residence, her REALTOR® inspired her to become a real estate agent. A friendship was sparked and they are currently working together at Turning Point Realty. Nicole realized that becoming a REALTOR® would be a great way to combine her love of building design and her desire to help people.
